Topique-eau is a fountain that is not connected to the water supply system, but rather to its environment, making use of its surroundings (rainfall and existing physical elements) to offer drinking water to the public.

The fountain, which has four parts – collection, storage, filtration and distribution – is attached to an existing object, like a tree or a lamp.
