Va, Vis et Danse - Go, See and Danse

The scenographic design of the “Va, Vis et Danse” project was developed to dovetail with the aesthetics and history of the work undertaken by the rest of the team. The tenth anniversary parade in Lyon is a nod to the first edition in 1990, which showcased modern American dance. The theme takes cues from the stylistic trends of the decorative arts and streamline.

The entire set was manufactured from recycled materials collected locally, in order to limit the project’s environmental footprint.

The workshop remained open to participants throughout the entire project, in order to educate them about eco-design and waste reduction. Many volunteers took advantage of the opportunity to learn the basics of carpentry and find out more about the circular economy.
