COSMETIC ROACH

This work is an attempt to use cockroaches as cosmetics by attaching them to the face.

Electrodes are inserted into the cockroach, and when electrical stimulation is given to it, its countless legs wriggle.

The peacock feathers make the movement of the cockroach appear larger and give it a mysterious, space-like appearance.

By creating this work, he tried to create art that does not have a social critical.

Work that has contact with society has a social critical of its own.

If that is the case, why not create art dedicated to the universe, which has no contact with society and in which human beings do not exist, which would not be socially critical?

This work is not dedicated to humanity, but to the life forms that may exist in the universe.
